About the Role

We are currently seeking caring and flexible Casual and Relief Educators to join our team at Kidz@Woodcroft Childcare Centre. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about early childhood education and are looking for flexible work to support our permanent team across different rooms as needed.
As a casual or relief educator, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of care, supporting children’s learning through play-based experiences, and contributing to a warm, welcoming environment for children and families.

About Our Centre

Kidz@Woodcroft is a family-owned 56-place early learning and childcare centre operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Our centre has been intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home, offering calm, welcoming learning spaces filled with natural light, thoughtfully selected resources, and engaging indoor and outdoor environments that support play-based learning.
With smaller group sizes and a close-knit team, we place strong value on building meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and valued.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check
• Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian working rights
• A professional, approachable, and flexible attitude
• A genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to different rooms and routines
